The product comes in two versions. The Day box features Espeon ex and the Night box features Umbreon ex, and Pikachu ex appears in both (source: Pokémon.com, 2026-11). Each box also has two foil promo cards and a set of play accessories. **Quick Answer:** The Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration Ultra-Premium Collection came out on November 6, 2026, in a Day (Espeon ex) version and a Night (Umbreon ex) version. Each box has 30 booster packs, a Pikachu ex promo and accessories. ICv2 lists the MSRP as $179.99 per collection. Pokémon.com sells the collection through the Pokémon Center and other stores that carry Pokémon TCG products. It says the product is "available on November 6, 2026, in the Pokémon Center and where Pokémon TCG products are sold" . The release is part of the Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration expansion, which marks 30 years of the Pokémon Trading Card Game (source: Pokémon.com product showcase). The official product page does not give a price. ICv2's trade report from July 9, 2026 lists an MSRP of $179.99 per collection . In short, each box contains: - 30 booster packs in total (29 30th Celebration packs and 1 Classic Collection pack) - 1 foil Pikachu ex promo and 1 foil Espeon ex (Day) or Umbreon ex (Night) promo - A playmat, 65 card sleeves, a deck box, a metal coin and 6 damage-counter dice The Day and Night versions differ only in their featured Pokémon and themed artwork. The number of packs and accessories is the same in both . ## Full contents list: what each box includes Each Day or Night box holds two foil promo cards, 30 booster packs and seven accessory items, according to the official product gallery on Pokémon.com . The two versions have the same item counts. They differ only in which Pokémon is on the second promo card, the playmat and the metal coin: Espeon in the Day box and Umbreon in the Night box. | Item | Quantity | Day vs Night difference | | ------------------------------------------------------------- | -------- | ------------------------------------- | | Foil promo card featuring Pikachu ex | 1 | Day- or night-themed artwork | | Foil promo card featuring Espeon ex or Umbreon ex | 1 | Espeon ex (Day) / Umbreon ex (Night) | | Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration booster packs | 29 | Same in both | | Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration Classic Collection booster pack | 1 | Same in both | | Playmat featuring Pikachu, Espeon or Umbreon, and more | 1 | Shows Espeon (Day) or Umbreon (Night) | | Card sleeves | 65 | Themed to the version | | Deck box | 1 | Themed to the version | | Metal coin featuring Espeon or Umbreon | 1 | Espeon (Day) / Umbreon (Night) | | Damage-counter dice | 6 | Same count in both | | Pokémon TCG Live code card | 1 | Same in both | Source for all quantities: Pokémon.com product gallery . ### The booster packs Most of the box is 29 standard Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration booster packs. The 30th pack is a different product: a Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration Classic Collection booster pack. Pokémon.com's November 2026 release roundup says this pack contains "three etched cards from the expansion's nostalgic Classic Collection" . The Classic Collection is the part of the expansion that reprints cards from the game's history. According to the Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration product showcase, standard packs of the expansion each hold five foil cards plus a foil Basic Energy . ### The accessories The accessories make up a full play kit: - **Playmat:** shows Pikachu together with Espeon or Umbreon, depending on the version. - **65 card sleeves and 1 deck box:** enough to sleeve and store a standard 60-card deck with spare sleeves. - **Metal coin:** shows Espeon (Day) or Umbreon (Night), for coin-flip effects. - **6 damage-counter dice:** for tracking damage during play. - **Pokémon TCG Live code card:** one per box. The official contents list does not include a card display or any other extra item. Retailer listings that describe more items do not match what Pokémon.com publishes for this product . ## What are the promo cards and who illustrated them? Each Ultra-Premium Collection comes with two foil promo cards. The first is a Pikachu ex. The second is Espeon ex in the Day version or Umbreon ex in the Night version. According to Pokémon.com, the Pikachu ex promo in each box has a day- or night-themed design illustrated by the artist YOSHIROTTEN . Which Pikachu ex you get depends on which box you buy, and the same goes for the second promo. Pokémon.com lists both promos as foil cards: - **Pikachu ex foil promo:** in both versions. The Day box has the day-themed artwork and the Night box has the night-themed artwork, both by YOSHIROTTEN . - **Espeon ex foil promo:** in the Day version. - **Umbreon ex foil promo:** in the Night version. Fan news site PocketMonsters.Net reported on November 4, 2026 that the promos in this product are numbered MEP 107, MEP 108, MEP 109 and MEP 110 . That gives four numbers for four cards: two Pikachu ex designs, one Espeon ex and one Umbreon ex. As of November 6, 2026, neither PocketMonsters.Net nor Pokémon.com has said which number goes with which card. Collectors listing or searching for single promos should check the number printed on the card itself. The rest of the box follows the same Day/Night split. Pokémon.com says the playmat features "Pikachu, Espeon or Umbreon, and more." The metal coin features Espeon or Umbreon, so a Day box has Espeon on its playmat and coin, and a Night box has Umbreon . Pokémon.com credits YOSHIROTTEN only for the Pikachu ex promo artwork. It does not name the artists for the Espeon ex and Umbreon ex promos, the playmats or the coins. ## How much does the Ultra-Premium Collection cost? Each 30th Celebration Ultra-Premium Collection has a manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) of $179.99 USD, according to a July 9, 2026 trade report from ICv2 . The Day and Night versions have the same price. The official Pokémon.com product page lists the contents and the November 6, 2026 release date, but it does not show a price . Fan news site PocketMonsters.Net gave the same US figure, $179.99 USD, in its November 4, 2026 report . The $179.99 comes from ICv2's trade coverage, not from The Pokémon Company, so prices at the Pokémon Center and other retailers may differ. The Pokémon Company has not confirmed a Canadian price. One Canadian figure being passed around is more than double the US MSRP, so treat it as unverified until a retailer or official listing confirms it. ICv2's report describes the product's place in this year's release schedule: > "Perhaps the biggest Pokémon TCG product to hit the street in 2026," — ICv2 trade report, July 9, 2026 (source: ICv2) When working out the cost per pack, remember that the MSRP pays for the whole box, not only the boosters. Each collection holds 30 booster packs: 29 Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration packs and 1 Classic Collection pack . Here is how the numbers work out: - **MSRP per box:** $179.99 USD (ICv2) - **Booster packs per box:** 30 - **MSRP divided by packs:** about $6.00 per pack. This figure ignores everything else in the box. - **Also in the price:** two foil promo cards (Pikachu ex plus Espeon ex or Umbreon ex), a playmat, 65 card sleeves, a deck box, a metal coin, 6 damage-counter dice and a Pokémon TCG Live code card The $6.00 figure is only arithmetic. It is not a value estimate. The playmat, the coin and the two foil promos have no separate official price, so you cannot work out what the packs alone cost. ## Where can you buy it, and can you choose Day or Night? You can buy the Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration Ultra-Premium Collection at the Pokémon Center and at other stores that sell Pokémon TCG products. Both channels opened on November 6, 2026, according to Pokémon.com . Many listings do not let you pick a version. The day-themed box with Espeon ex and the night-themed box with Umbreon ex are often sold under one product entry, and the store chooses which one ships. At major US retailers, the wording on each listing tells you whether you can choose: - **Pokémon Center:** This is the official channel named on Pokémon.com's product page . - **GameStop:** The listing is titled "Styles May Vary," so you may not be able to pick Day or Night (source: GameStop) . - **Micro Center:** The product is listed as "Day & Night (Styles May Vary)," which also suggests a single entry covering both versions (source: Micro Center) . - **Amazon:** The Amazon listing reportedly ships the Day or Night version at random . This is unconfirmed. Check the product page before relying on it. "Styles May Vary" is standard retail wording. It means the store does not promise a specific variant, so an order can arrive as either box. The contents are the same in both: 29 Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration booster packs, 1 Classic Collection booster pack and the same accessories. The only differences are the themed Pikachu ex promo, the Espeon ex or Umbreon ex promo, the playmat art and the metal coin . If you want one version, for example to finish an Umbreon collection or to get both boxes, read the title and variant options on each listing before you order. Look for a separate entry or a drop-down that names Day or Night. If the listing only says "Styles May Vary" or "Day & Night," assume you cannot choose. As of November 6, 2026, Pokémon.com does not say whether the Pokémon Center sells the two versions as separate items. ## Where does it sit in the 30th Celebration release schedule? The Ultra-Premium Collection is one of three 30th Celebration products that Pokémon.com lists for November 6, 2026, near the end of a rollout that started on September 16, 2026 and ends with the Binder Collection on December 4, 2026 . The other two products released that day are the Ditto Premium Collection and the Figure Collection (Mew/Mewtwo), according to the Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration Product Showcase. The packs inside every product in the rollout come from the same expansion. Pokémon.com describes the Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration expansion with these features : - 30 unique illustrations of Pikachu - Five foil cards in every booster pack, plus a foil Basic Energy - Illustration rare cards - A "Classic Collection" of cards from the game's history Here is the full schedule as listed in Pokémon.com's product showcase: | Release date | Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration products | | ------------------ | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | September 16, 2026 | Tech Sticker Collection, Knock Out Collection, Poster Collection, Pokémon ex Box (Sylveon/Greninja), Elite Trainer Box, Pokémon Center Elite Trainer Box | | October 2, 2026 | Booster Bundle, Mini Tins | | October 30, 2026 | Battle Deck (Espeon ex / Umbreon ex) | | November 6, 2026 | Ditto Premium Collection, Ultra-Premium Collection (Day & Night), Figure Collection (Mew/Mewtwo) | | December 4, 2026 | Binder Collection | The schedule above comes from the showcase . November 6 is also a release date for a different set. Pokémon.com's November 2026 product roundup lists Mega Evolution—Delta Reign products for the same day, including the booster display box and the Elite Trainer Box . If you are shopping that week, check that a listing says "30th Celebration" and not "Delta Reign." The trade publication ICv2 commented on the box's place in the year when it reported the product's details in July: > "Perhaps the biggest Pokémon TCG product to hit the street in 2026," — ICv2 trade report (source: ICv2) That comment is about the size of the product. It is not a forecast of sales or prices. In practical terms, Pokémon.com lists 30 booster packs in each Ultra-Premium Collection, one of them a Classic Collection pack. That is the largest pack count in the 30th Celebration rollout. The Espeon ex and Umbreon ex theme also matches the October 30 Battle Deck . After November 6, the only 30th Celebration product still scheduled is the Binder Collection on December 4, 2026. ## Frequently asked questions ### How many booster packs are in the 30th Celebration Ultra-Premium Collection?
