Current availability and fulfillment remain unconfirmed. - Author: SnapHolo News - Tags: Pokémon, Market, hash-en, Pokémon TCG, Prismatic Evolutions, elite-trainer-box, Retail offers, Amazon Mashable’s Ben Williams reported an Amazon offer of $43.85 for the Pokémon TCG: [Scarlet & Violet—Prismatic Evolutions](https://snapholo.com/en/pokemon/en/scarlet-violet-prismatic-evolutions/) Elite Trainer Box on October 28, 2026 . Current availability and fulfillment remain unverified as of October 31, 2026; the figure describes a reported listing, not a confirmed current checkout price. The headline saving depends on which benchmark is used. The $133.77 difference represents a calculated reduction of approximately 75.3% against Mashable’s stated typical price . It is not the discount against suggested retail or the separately quoted TCGplayer valuation. ## What is the Prismatic Evolutions Elite Trainer Box? The standard Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet—Prismatic Evolutions Elite Trainer Box includes expansion booster packs, an Eevee promo card and gameplay accessories. Pokémon’s official product listing gives its release date as January 17, 2025 . The expansion centers on Eevee and its eight Evolutions, all appearing as Stellar Tera Pokémon ex, according to The Pokémon Company International’s launch announcement . Its collector appeal also includes special illustration rare cards with varied artwork and effects. > “featuring either a Poké Ball or Master Ball etched in the card background.” — The Pokémon Company International, official launch announcement, describing the expansion’s premium parallel cards. For sealed-box comparisons, Pokémon’s product listing specifies the included Eevee promo. The parallel cards and special illustration rares belong to the wider expansion; no particular booster pull is assured. ## How does $43.85 compare with the three cited price benchmarks? Mashable’s reported $43.85 offer sits $133.77 below its stated typical price, $6.14 below the approximate US MSRP reported by GamesRadar+, and $78.46 below the TCGplayer valuation quoted by Mashable . These are arithmetic comparisons using reported figures, not independently observed discounts. | Benchmark | Amount | Source | Difference from reported offer | Verification limits | | ----------------------------------------- | ------- | ------------------ | ------------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------ | | Advertised typical price | $177.62 | Mashable via Yahoo | $133.77 lower, calculated | Mashable’s comparison figure; not an official retail price. | | Approximate US MSRP | $49.99 | GamesRadar+ | $6.14 lower, calculated | Approximate suggested retail price; not a resale-market valuation. | | TCGplayer market value quoted by Mashable | $122.31 | Mashable via Yahoo | $78.46 lower, calculated | Secondary-market figure attributed to Mashable. | The inconsistency is in the benchmark label. Mashable’s report describes the offer as $6.14 below market, but that difference implies a $49.99 reference price, not its separately quoted $122.31 market value . Approximate MSRP is therefore a plausible explanation for the wording, not a confirmed correction. The TCGplayer product page does not independently substantiate the quoted valuation here. The $122.31 figure remains attributed to Mashable’s report. ## Who was selling the reported Amazon offer? ![Illustration of hands holding brightly colored holographic card packs beside a seller listing.](https://snapholo.com/news/content/images/2026/10/prismatic-evolutions-etb-reported-offer-body-ai-4-cover.jpg) Illustration: AI-generated What America Buys was the third-party seller behind the Amazon offer, according to Mashable’s October 28, 2026 report syndicated by Yahoo. The reported offer was not sold directly by Amazon. Mashable reported a seller rating of 4.5 out of 5 and attributed an all-time-low price finding to camelcamelcamel. Both remain Mashable-attributed assertions, without independent confirmation. - **Report availability:** The account was accessible through Yahoo’s indexed syndication of Mashable’s article. - **Purchase status:** The report does not establish a completed purchase or confirmed delivery of the advertised product. These limits are not evidence of a fraudulent listing. Check the seller attached to the selected offer, along with its shipping and return terms. ## What should the standard Prismatic Evolutions ETB contain? The standard Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet—Prismatic Evolutions Elite Trainer Box should contain the physical cards, accessories, and digital code listed by Pokémon’s official product page. Use this manufacturer-sourced checklist to compare the listing with the standard product: - Nine Scarlet & Violet—Prismatic Evolutions booster packs . - One full-art foil Eevee promo card . - 65 card sleeves depicting Stellar Tera Eevee and 45 Pokémon TCG Energy cards . - A player’s guide to the expansion. - Six damage-counter dice and one competition-legal coin-flip die . - Two plastic condition markers and a storage box with four dividers . - A Pokémon TCG Live code card. The code supplies digital sleeves and a full-art promo in Pokémon TCG Live, according to the official contents description, in addition to the box’s physical promo and sleeves. A listing that highlights rare-card artwork should still match this contents checklist. The special illustration rares and Poké Ball or Master Ball parallels described in The Pokémon Company’s expansion announcement are not specified inclusions in every ETB. ## What should buyers check before relying on the $43.85 offer? For the offer reported on October 28, 2026, the reference details are the standard Prismatic Evolutions ETB, a $43.85 asking price and third-party seller What America Buys, according to Mashable’s report, syndicated by Yahoo. Before placing an order, check each detail on the listing and again at checkout: - **Exact product:** Confirm it is the standard Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet—Prismatic Evolutions Elite Trainer Box, with matching packaging and description. - **Current seller:** Read the seller name attached to the selected offer. - **Total cost:** Check the displayed item price, shipping charges and applicable taxes. - **Delivery:** Review the delivery estimate and whether it suits your needs. - **Fulfillment:** Identify who dispatches the order; distinguish that party from the seller. - **Returns:** Read the applicable return terms before paying. The manufacturer’s contents list identifies the intended product; matching it does not authenticate an individual box. Base the purchase decision on the selected offer’s total charge and fulfillment details, rather than the headline discount. ## Frequently asked questions ### Is the Prismatic Evolutions ETB still available for $43.85? Current availability is unconfirmed. Mashable, via Yahoo, reported the Amazon offer at $43.85 on October 28, 2026 . The report does not establish today’s checkout price or fulfillment arrangements. ### Why do the reported Prismatic Evolutions price comparisons differ? The comparisons use different benchmarks. Mashable gives a $177.62 typical price and cites a $122.31 TCGplayer valuation , while GamesRadar+ lists an approximate US MSRP of $49.99 . Subtracting the reported offer from that MSRP gives $6.14, matching Mashable’s stated difference . That suggests a possible explanation for its “market price” wording, not a confirmed correction. ### Who was the seller behind the reported $43.85 offer? Mashable named What America Buys as the third-party Amazon seller and reported a seller rating of 4.5 out of 5 . The rating remains attributed to that report. ### How many packs come in the standard Prismatic Evolutions ETB? Pokémon’s official product listing specifies nine booster packs and one full-art foil Eevee promo, alongside sleeves, Energy cards, dice, condition markers, a guide, storage dividers and a code card .
