SnapHolo Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026-10-23
1. Purpose
These terms set the conditions for using the SnapHolo service operated by BLEX LLC.
2. Accounts
- You sign up and log in with a Google or Apple account. You can link both sign-in methods to one account.
- You do not type anything when you sign up; we receive the email address of your Google or Apple account. Receiving advertising emails is optional and is chosen on the sign-up screen. By pressing a sign-in button and continuing, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.
- We send service emails (such as price change alerts and payment and account notices) to this email address.
- Age requirement: only people aged 14 or older in Korea, or 13 or older in other countries, may sign up. If you are younger, you may not sign up.
3. Your obligations
- Do not use another person's account or information.
- Do not interfere with the normal operation of the service.
- Do not use automated means to collect card or price data in bulk, or republish it elsewhere.
4. Providing and changing the service
Features open step by step. We may change the service or suspend it temporarily when needed for operational or technical reasons, and we will announce important changes on the site in advance. We are not liable for interruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or outages or changes at external data providers.
5. Free usage limits and Pro
- You need to sign in to scan cards and save your collection. Free accounts can use every feature, with two usage limits: 30 card scans per day and 100 owned cards in your collection.
- A scan counts as one card only when a card is recognized, and the same card counts once per day. The day changes at midnight in your device's time zone.
- Your collection is counted as the total quantity of owned cards (wanted cards are not counted). When you reach the limit, cards you already have stay visible; only adding new cards or increasing quantities is blocked.
- Pro is a paid plan without these two limits, offered through in-app purchase in the SnapHolo app (section 6). We do not take payments on the web.
6. Pro payments
- Products: there are three — a Pro monthly subscription (renews every month), a Pro yearly subscription (renews every year) and a Pro lifetime pass (paid once). The price is the price shown in the store, may differ by country, and is shown on the purchase screen before you pay.
- Payment: you buy Pro inside the SnapHolo app through in-app purchase on the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). Each store processes the payment and also manages your payment method and issues receipts.
- Auto-renewal: monthly and yearly subscriptions auto-renew for the same period until you cancel, and each renewal is charged to the payment method of your store account at that period's price. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date, you will not be charged for the next period.
- Free trial: the yearly subscription may come with a one-month free trial when you first subscribe. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will not be charged; otherwise the yearly price is charged automatically when the trial ends. When you start the trial, the purchase screen and the store's payment sheet show when it turns paid, the amount and the payment method, and the trial starts only after you confirm in that payment sheet. The trial is available once per store account and may not be offered in some countries.
- Canceling: you can cancel a subscription at any time. On iPhone, cancel in Settings > your name > Subscriptions; on Android, in Play Store > profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. You can also go there directly from "Manage subscription" on the app's account screen. After you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Refunds: request a refund from the store that processed the payment (App Store or Google Play); it is handled under that store's refund policy and applicable law. When a purchase is refunded, the Pro it gave may end, depending on how the store processes the refund.
- Price changes: if the price changes, the store will notify you in advance in the way it sets, and an increase applies only after the consent or notice that applicable law and store rules require.
- Lifetime pass: a one-time payment lets you use Pro with no time limit for as long as SnapHolo provides the service. It is not a subscription (it does not auto-renew). Buying a lifetime pass does not cancel a subscription you already have, so cancel it separately as described above.
- Purchases and accounts: Pro applies to the SnapHolo account you bought it on, and also applies on the web when you sign in with the same account. If you change devices or reinstall the app, you can get it back with "Restore purchases". One purchase applies to one account only; if you move it to another account, Pro on the previous account turns off.
- Deleting your account: if you delete your account or the app, your store subscription is not canceled. To stop being charged, cancel it separately as described above.
7. Friend invite rewards
- Who gets rewards: rewards are given as coupons, and only to the member who invites a friend (the inviter). The invited friend gets no reward for being invited. The free trial in section 6 applies regardless of invitations and is not an invite reward.
- What counts as an invite: only a friend who creates a new account with the inviter's invite link or invite code counts. An existing account, your own account, and an account created again with the same Google or Apple account after deleting it do not count. An account's inviter is fixed once, when it signs up, and cannot be changed later.
- How counting works: each stage is counted separately. Each time a stage reaches its target of 3 friends (1 friend for a lifetime pass), we issue that stage's coupon and the stage starts again from 0. One friend counts only once per stage.
- App download stage: 3 friends who log in to the app and scan a card at least once → 1-month Pro coupon
- Scan 100 stage: 3 friends who have had 100 different cards recognized in the app in total → 3-month Pro coupon
- Monthly subscription stage: 3 friends who actually paid for a Pro monthly subscription → 1-year Pro coupon. Friends with a yearly subscription or a lifetime pass do not count in this stage; they count in the yearly subscription stage.
- Yearly subscription stage: 3 friends who actually paid for a Pro yearly subscription, or 1 friend who bought a lifetime pass → lifetime Pro coupon
- Issuing and using coupons: when a target is reached, we issue a coupon; Pro time is not added right away. A coupon counts as used only when you press "Use" on the friend invite screen, and Pro applies from that moment. A coupon you have not used adds no Pro.
- Length of coupons: a 1-month coupon is 30 days, a 3-month coupon is 90 days and a 1-year coupon is 365 days; a lifetime coupon is lifetime Pro.
- Payments that do not count: free trials, refunded payments and internal test (sandbox) payments do not count. The same payment counts only once even if it is restored or moved to another account, and if a payment is refunded after a coupon was issued, that friend is not counted again to issue another coupon.
- Yearly limit on the free stages: coupons from the app download stage and the scan 100 stage (the free stages) are issued up to 365 days (12 months) in total, counting the days issued over the most recent 365 days. This limit is applied when a coupon is issued: a coupon that would go over the limit is issued with its days reduced to what remains, and no coupon is issued if no days remain. Coupons from the monthly and yearly subscription stages do not count toward this limit.
- When you use a coupon: Pro applies from the moment you use it. If you already have Pro, the coupon is added from the day the Pro you are using now ends. A member who already has lifetime Pro has no period left to add, so no coupon is issued.
- Lifetime coupon: when you receive a lifetime coupon, your other coupons, used or not, disappear from your coupon list (coupons you have not used can no longer be used) and only the one lifetime coupon remains. No further coupons are issued after that.
- Nature of coupons: coupons have no expiry date. A coupon cannot be transferred to another account (non-transferable) and cannot be exchanged for cash or anything else. Pro added by a coupon is not a store payment or subscription, so it is not something to cancel or refund through a store.
- Abuse: if someone tries to get rewards by means other than normal use, such as creating several accounts and inviting themselves, filling the count with automation or fake sign-ups, repeating deleting and rejoining, or repeating payments and refunds, we may not count that friend, void coupons already issued or take back Pro time added by a coupon (by shortening or ending it), and restrict the use of friend invites. We may also restrict use of the account under section 9. If you disagree, let us know at the contact in section 13.
- Changes and ending: we may change the stages, target numbers or length of coupons, or end friend invite rewards, when needed for operational or business reasons, and we will announce it on the site in advance. Coupons already issued before a change or ending are left as they are; progress that has not yet reached a target follows the changed terms, and disappears if the program ends.
- Deleting your account: when you delete your account, your coupon records and the Pro time added by coupons disappear with the account and cannot be restored.
- Relationship with the stores: friend invite rewards are run by SnapHolo. They are not sponsored, run or endorsed by Apple, Google or either store, and have no connection with them.
- Personal information: the information handled for friend invites is described under "Friend invites" in the Privacy Policy.
8. Deleting your account
You can delete your account on the account screen at any time. The account and its sign-in information are deleted immediately. Deleting your account does not cancel a Pro subscription, so cancel it separately as described in section 6.
9. Restrictions
If you break these terms, we may restrict your use of the account. If you disagree, let us know at the contact in section 13.
10. Nature of the service and liability
- SnapHolo is an unofficial fan service for Pokémon and ONE PIECE cards.
