What is the ONE PIECE Card Game booster 世界最強の戦士 (OP-17)?
世界最強の戦士 (OP-17) is a Japanese ONE PIECE Card Game booster marking the game’s fourth anniversary, identified by Bandai’s product page and SNKRDUNK’s reservation roundup. The product details below concern the Japanese edition; no official English set title or international release schedule is established here.
According to SNKRDUNK, the booster includes Elbaf-themed cards featuring Loki and Monkey D. Luffy wearing giant-style clothing. The outlet’s release calendar repeats those themes. The descriptions do not specify card effects or individual card numbers.
SNKRDUNK also identifies the following characters as receiving manga-style parallel cards, using the Japanese shorthand “コミパラ” in its set coverage:
- Edward Newgate
- Shanks
- Kaido
- Charlotte Linlin
The character list does not establish pull rates or relative scarcity. When comparing singles, match the card treatment as well as the character name.
Bandai’s official product page separately describes Super Leader Parallel cards as using artwork from the original ONE PIECE manga, illustrating the category with Monkey D. Luffy.
When did OP-17 launch, and which reservation windows were documented?
OP-17 launched in Japan on Saturday, August 22, 2026, according to Bandai’s product page, which also documents a Premium Bandai lottery application window of August 7–18, 2026.
The Premium Bandai lottery and the official-shop entry in SNKRDUNK’s roundup are separate records. The roundup does not establish that they shared an application window.

SNKRDUNK’s “closed” label applies to its official-shop entry, not every sales route. Amazon’s omitted deadline likewise cannot be read as an open-ended application period.
How much did OP-17 cost, and why is no price quoted here?
Reported pack and box prices conflict, so no verified amount is quoted here. The SNKRDUNK reservation roundup is used for reservation history, not as a settled price benchmark.
For a usable comparison, match the sale unit and contents:
- Pack pricing: Confirm the amount applies to one pack of the exact product and language edition.
- Box pricing: Check the stated pack count and contents before calculating a per-pack cost.
- Resale listings: Treat the amount as the seller’s asking price, not the original retail price or a completed-sale result.
Use a dated listing that identifies the product, sales region, currency and included contents. Include tax, delivery charges and other stated fees in the checkout comparison.
Cross-check product identity against Bandai’s product page. The unresolved price figures do not establish a launch premium or scarcity.
Where were OP-17 reservations listed, and how can buyers check availability now?
