What is the BASE SHOP Limited Binder vol.1 and how much does it cost?
The ONE PIECE Card Game BASE SHOP Limited Binder vol.1 is a card binder sold only at the ONE PIECE BASE SHOP. It costs 1,650 yen including tax and went on sale on Friday, October 9, 2026, according to the official product page . The official products index gives the same date and price (2026.10.09, 1,650円 税込) and marks the binder as a BASE SHOP limited item .
Quick Answer: The ONE PIECE Card Game BASE SHOP Limited Binder vol.1 costs 1,650 yen including tax. It was released on October 9, 2026, in four designs (Volume 1, 61, 105 and 111), and is sold only at the ONE PIECE BASE SHOP in Shinjuku, Tokyo, according to Bandai's official card game site.
The Japanese product name is "ONE PIECEカードゲーム BASE SHOPリミテッドバインダー vol.1". The product page lists four design variants, labelled 巻一, 巻六十一, 巻百五 and 巻百十一. In English these are Volume 1, Volume 61, Volume 105 and Volume 111 . The page does not say what each design shows. It also notes that photos may differ slightly from the actual product and that specifications may change.
The official ONE PIECE portal first announced the binder on August 27, 2026, in a news post on new ONE PIECE BASE SHOP merchandise . That post gives no prices. The 1,650 yen figure comes from the card game site.

Which four designs are available?
The BASE SHOP Limited Binder vol.1 comes in four designs. The official product page labels them 巻一, 巻六十一, 巻百五 and 巻百十一. In English these are Volume 1, Volume 61, Volume 105 and Volume 111 , according to the ONE PIECE Card Game official product page. The page does not describe the artwork or theme of any variant. It shows only the label and the product image for each one.
| Label on official page | English reading | Artwork described by the official page? |
|---|---|---|
| 巻一 | Volume 1 | No |
| 巻六十一 | Volume 61 | No |
| 巻百五 | Volume 105 | No |
| 巻百十一 | Volume 111 | No |
The labels use the Japanese word 巻 (volume) followed by a number written in kanji. The official page does not explain what each design shows or how the four volumes were chosen, so this article does not describe them. To see the designs, use the product images on the binder's product page. The official products index lists the binder as one product, at 1,650 yen including tax . It does not show a separate price for any design.
The product page includes two standard notices from Bandai that buyers should keep in mind:
- Photos may differ: "※写真と実際の商品は多少異なる場合があります。" means the photos may differ slightly from the actual product .
- Specifications may change: "※商品の仕様は変更になる場合があります。" means the product specifications are subject to change .
This article does not give the binder's format or pocket count because the sources we checked give different figures. Buyers who need the binder to hold a set number of cards should check the item in person at the store or on the official ONE PIECE BASE SHOP site before buying.
When was the binder announced and what else launches on Oct 9, 2026?
The BASE SHOP Limited Binder vol.1 was announced on August 27, 2026. The announcement was a news post on the official ONE PIECE portal, one-piece.com, about new original merchandise for the ONE PIECE BASE SHOP . The same post listed several other store items. Each of them had the binder's release date of Friday, October 9, 2026 . The binder is the only ONE PIECE Card Game product in that list. The other items are general ONE PIECE merchandise (source: one-piece.com, 2026-08).
According to the one-piece.com announcement, these items have the same October 9, 2026 release date as the binder :
- ONE PIECE Character Piece Pack TRAFALGAR.LAW－ROOM－
- Character Piece Pack SHANKS－覇王色の覇気－ (the Japanese subtitle means "Conqueror's Haki")
- Character Piece Pack MARSHALL.D.TEACH
- ONE PIECE nuimee plush pen case
- ONE PIECE Seasons Postcard <AUTUMN>
- ONE PIECE ALL PAGES COLLECTION FLAME in B4 and B5 sizes. This is the frame only; posters are sold separately.
The August 27 news post gives no prices for any of these items, including the binder . The price of 1,650 yen including tax comes from Bandai's ONE PIECE Card Game site. It appears on the binder's product page and on the official products index, which lists it as 2026.10.09, 1,650円 (税込) . This article does not give prices for the other October 9 items, because none of the sources we checked list them. Check the ONE PIECE BASE SHOP site or the store for those prices.
So there are two first-party sources for the binder. The announcement on one-piece.com sets the release date and confirms the item is sold at the BASE SHOP. The card game site adds the price and the four design labels. The two sources agree on the October 9, 2026 date . The same news post also repeated the store's notice about entry reservations, which is covered in its own section below .
Where is the binder sold?
The BASE SHOP Limited Binder vol.1 is sold at the ONE PIECE BASE SHOP. This is the official ONE PIECE flagship store on the 4th floor of the Shinjuku Marui Main Building in Tokyo. The binder's product page on the card game site links straight to the shop's website at baseshop.onepiece-base.com . The one-piece.com announcement also names the BASE SHOP as the place to buy it . The sources we checked do not mention any other retailer or an online sales channel for the binder.
Bandai gave the store's details in a press release dated October 9, 2025. These are the figures from that release:
- Address: 4th floor, Shinjuku Marui Main Building, 3-30-13 Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo .
- Floor area: the store takes up the whole floor, 1,185 m² (358 tsubo) .
- Hours: 11:00–20:00 .
- Opening date: December 5, 2025 .
Four Bandai Namco Group companies planned and developed the store and its products: Bandai Namco Experience, Bandai Namco Amusement, Bandai and BANDAI SPIRITS . BANDAI SPIRITS published the same announcement on its own press page. According to Bandai, the store had roughly 800 items when it opened, and about 500 of them were sold only there . The binder is part of that store-only range. Its official listing on the card game's products index marks it as a BASE SHOP limited item .
The address and hours come from a press release issued before the store opened. They may have changed since. Check the BASE SHOP website for current hours and stock before you visit. We found no purchase limit for the binder in the sources we read.

Do you need a reservation to enter the BASE SHOP?
When the store launched, yes. Bandai said that for a period after opening, entry to the ONE PIECE BASE SHOP would work through lottery-based advance reservations to reduce crowding (source: Bandai press release, 2025-10) . We could not confirm whether that system still applies in October 2026. Check the ONE PIECE BASE app and the official shop site before you visit.
The reservation rules in the sources we read are:
- Account needed: reservations and lottery applications require a "BASE CREW" account in the ONE PIECE BASE app .
- Repeated in the binder announcement: the August 27, 2026 news post that introduced the binder and the other October 9 items includes the same entry notice (source: one-piece.com, 2026-08) .
- Monthly windows: earlier one-piece.com posts opened applications one month at a time. One example covered applications for January 2026 entry (source: one-piece.com) .
The current application windows aren't covered here because the sources we reviewed don't confirm them. The August 2026 notice shows the reservation message was still being published two months before the binder's release. It doesn't say how long the lottery will continue or whether walk-in entry has started. For up-to-date entry rules, use the BASE CREW section of the ONE PIECE BASE app and the ONE PIECE BASE SHOP website.
The sources also say nothing about a purchase limit for the BASE SHOP Limited Binder vol.1. Neither the official product page (ONE PIECE Card Game official site) nor the August 27, 2026 announcement gives a per-customer limit. If the store sets one on the day, it would be posted through the shop's own channels.
How does it fit the earlier BASE SHOP limited card line?
The BASE SHOP Limited Binder vol.1 is not the first ONE PIECE Card Game product sold only at the BASE SHOP. A Japanese fan and strategy site, tier-one-onepiece.jp, describes an earlier store-only item called "BASE SHOP Limited Card Collection vol.1". It was released at the store on December 5, 2025 . That is the same day the shop opened, according to a Bandai press release .
The same fan site says the collection is a set of six leader cards, each with close-up art of the character looking surprised . It lists these six cards:
| Card number | Character |
|---|---|
| ST21-001 | Monkey.D.Luffy |
| OP05-098 | Enel |
| OP08-021 | Perona |
| OP08-001 | Tony Tony.Chopper |
| OP10-003 | Sugar |
| OP10-042 | Usopp |
This list comes from a secondary source, and we did not check it against an official Bandai product page. Treat the card list and the release details as reported by tier-one-onepiece.jp until Bandai's own pages confirm them .
No official source connects the binder to this card collection. The binder's product page does not mention the earlier cards. The August 27, 2026 announcement on one-piece.com also does not say the binder was made to hold them . Each "vol.1" title shows the item is the first in its own store-only line. Bandai has not said whether the two lines are related or whether more volumes will follow.
- Card Collection vol.1: six leader cards, released December 5, 2025 (secondary source)
- Limited Binder vol.1: four designs, ¥1,650 including tax, released October 9, 2026 (official)
